  9. Legal counsel to CIT, a holding of aircraft owner companies; legal assistance in granting aircrafts on lease to local carriers.
  
  10. Advising OPIC (Overseas Private Investment Corporation), a US Governmental Agency, on Hotel "Armenia" project financing.
  
  11. "Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Armenia" vs Competition Committee of Armenia; case settled in favor of the company.
  
  12. Armentel, CJSC vs Competition Commission of Armenia. Successful conciliation favoring the the company's interests.
  
  13. Synopsys Armenia, CJSC vs State Revenues Committee of Armenia; recognition by the government of the company's right to set-off of 748 million AMD.
  
  14. Privatization of hotel "Armenia". Legal Counsel to Marriott Inc., the hotel operator. Legal counsel to part of the foreign shareholders of the Hotel. Legal advice as to the acquisition of the shares of the hotel.
  
  15. General Legal counsel to, and representative of, "Huntsman Building Products" Corporation, an affiliate of the US "Huntsman Corporation" and "Huntsman Chemical Corporation". Legal advice as to financing the project for setting up and running a concrete panels and wide construction profile goods production plant, a joint-venture with the Armenian Government. Take-over of "Huntsman Armenia" by "Huntsman Building Products"; acquisition of the government shares.
  
  16. Legal advisor to "Huntsman Humanitarian Housing" and "Huntsman Village" projects.
  
  17. Legal assistance in launching CNN in Armenia.
  
  18. Legal due diligence and preparation of a package of legal documents pertinent to the privatization of four Electricity Distribution Companies of Armenia in sub-contract with Raiffeisen Investment AG, the privatization advisor to the Government of Armenia.
  
  19. Developing a regulatory framework for the water sector companies for the benefit of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission in sub-contract with Castalia.
  
  20. Urban Heating Project.
  
  21. Legal counsel to the World Bank project "Armenia: Development of draft rules of natural gas supply and use".
  
  22. "Armenian Telecommunications Technical Assistance-Armenia Support" project for liberalizing the telecommunications sector in Armenia in sub-contract with SETA Corporation. Drafting of a new Telecommunications Law with key supporting Regulations and providing technical assistance to the independent regulator in an effort to strengthen the new institution's operations and to provide professional expertise needed for addressing key issues that would surface in the early stages of market liberalization (The USAID project).
  
  23. Drafting of a contract for consultancy services for the water and wastewater foreign operator of Yerevan and the Water Economy State Committee under the Government of Armenia.
  
  24. General Legal Counsel to Deno GMBH. Drafting and negotiating the agreement for privatization of “Kapan Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise” CJSC.
  
  25. Legal counsel to the Government of Armenia on development of a multi-sector regulatory agency (Energy, Water and Telecom) in sub-contract with Econ One (a World Bank project).
  
  26. Drafting of the draft Mining Code of Armenia, the draft amendments to the Telecommunications Act of Armenia.
  
  27.Representation of the President of the Republic of Armenia before the RA courts and the Central Electoral Commission during the presidential elections of 2003.
