  Drafting of the new Mining Code of Armenia.

  Assisting the Public Services Regulatory Commission with the development of a regulatory framework for the telecommunications sector of Armenia.
  Strengthening the regulatory framework of water companies in the area of service quality monitoring - in cooperation with Castalia Limited. Development of a service quality monitoring system for the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission.
  Drafting of credit agreements between the Republic of Armenia, the competent foundation and the participating financial institutions within the framework of “Urban Heating Project”.

  
  Providing consultancy services to the Government of Armenia in respect of development of a multi-sector regulatory agency (Energy, Water, Telecommunications) as a part of a group led by Econ One - (The World Bank project).
  Implementation of “Armenian Telecommunications Technical Assistance-Armenia Support” project in subcontract with the prime-contractor SETA Corporation for liberalization of the telecommunications sector in Armenia. Drafting of a new Telecommunications Act with key supporting Regulations, providing technical assistance to the independent regulator with a view to strengthening the new institution’s operations and to providing professional expertise for addressing key issues that might surface in the early stages of market liberalization (The USAID project).
  Issuing legal opinions in respect of lease Airbus aircrafts from Ansett Worldwide Aviation Netherlands B.V. Preparation of a package of amendments to the existing Armenian legislation in collaboration with Barents Group and KPMG;
  Legal adviser to the World Bank project "Armenia, Preparation of Draft Rules the Supply and Use of Natural Gas". Preparation of a Report on the Draft Rules for the Supply and Use of Natural Gas with a view to supporting the preparation of Urban Heating Project.

  Preparation of a service agreement between the water and wastewater foreign operator for Yerevan and Water Economy State Committee under the Government of Armenia with a view to submitting the water and wastewater operation to a private water and sewerage company.
  Local legal adviser to Raiffeisen Investment AG, the international privatization adviser of the Government of Armenia. Privatization of four Electricity Distribution Companies of Armenia. Conducting of a legal due diligence and preparation of legal documents.

  Agricultural Wholesale Market - Project Management Unit Director (EBRD, $15 million Loan Agreement. Total $22million worth project). General management of the PMU. Supervision over the overall project implementation, preparation of weekly reports for EBRD, collaboration with participating agencies and banks, supervision over the preparation of the WMC business plans and over the flow of funds during the construction and commercial phase of the project, review and negotiation of the draft legal documents, negotiation of the same with project participants, particularly the shareholders of the Wholesale Market Company and the local banks, finalization of these documents for review by the lawyers of EBRD, reporting to the Government and EBRD.
